Job List
The Job List page in VEHRBAL provides providers with a complete history of their transcription jobs. Each job represents an uploaded or dictated audio file that has been processed by the system and turned into a formatted transcript. This page is designed to serve as a central repository where users can quickly find, review, and manage their clinical documentation. Whether a provider is uploading multiple files per day or occasionally dictating live, the Job List organizes all work in one convenient place.
From the Job List, users can see all previously submitted jobs displayed in order. Clicking on any entry will open the Job Details view, which includes the completed transcript formatted into a structured medical report or SOAP note. This makes it easy to review, copy, or save the note for use in the provider’s EHR. The Job List also supports organization by title, patient name, or date, making it straightforward to track multiple encounters across different patients.
This feature is essential for workflow efficiency, as it provides quick access to finalized documentation and ensures nothing gets lost. The Job List allows providers to retrieve past transcriptions for quality review, billing documentation, or patient follow-up. It also eliminates the need to store dictations separately, since all files and transcripts are automatically logged within the system for easy reference.
How to Use the Job List
Navigate to List from the main menu.
Review the displayed jobs, which include all past uploads and dictations.
Click on a specific job entry to open the Job Details page.
View the formatted transcript in report form, which can be copied, printed, or saved.
Return to the Job List to select additional jobs as needed.
