User Settings
The User Settings page in VEHRBAL allows each medical provider to manage their personal account information and login credentials. This section is designed to be straightforward so that providers can quickly review or update their details when needed. Common information such as name, contact details, and time zone are stored here, ensuring the account is properly configured for daily use. These settings also connect to key system features, such as how notifications are delivered and how documents are timestamped.
Within the form, users can edit their first name, middle name, last name, and professional suffix (for example, “M.D.” or “D.O.”). On the right side of the page, users can update their email address, phone number, and password. Since VEHRBAL is used for clinical documentation, it is important to keep login information accurate and secure. The password field includes an option to change or reset credentials, helping providers maintain compliance with best practices for security.
At the bottom of the page, the Time Zone field ensures that dictated notes, transcriptions, and documents are recorded with the correct time references for the provider’s location. Once updates are made, clicking the Save button will store the changes. A link to Update Billing is also available for managing subscription and payment information. By keeping these settings up to date, providers ensure a seamless and secure experience when using VEHRBAL for clinical dictation and AI-powered documentation.
How to Update Your Settings
Navigate to Settings → Account from the left menu.
Review your personal details, including First Name, Last Name, and Suffix.
Enter or update your Email, Phone, and Password information.
Select the appropriate Time Zone for your location.
Click Save to apply your changes.
(Optional) Use the Update Billing button to manage payment details and subscription plans.
