The Add Credit Card page in VEHRBAL allows providers to securely manage their payment details for subscription and billing purposes. This page is designed to ensure that payment information is stored in a safe, compliant manner while giving providers flexibility in managing their account. By entering accurate credit card information, users ensure uninterrupted access to VEHRBAL’s AI-powered dictation and documentation services.
On this page, providers can select their Card Type and enter the Name on Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, and CV Code (CVC). The billing section includes fields for the Billing Address, City, State/Province, and Postal Code, ensuring that the card information matches the billing records with the financial institution. Additionally, there are fields for E-mail and Notes, which can be used to associate the payment method with the correct account and keep track of administrative details.
After filling out the required fields, users can click the Save button at the bottom of the page to securely store their payment details. VEHRBAL uses this information only for account billing and subscription purposes. Keeping this section up to date helps prevent service interruptions and ensures that all transactions are properly processed.
How to Add a Credit Card
Navigate to Settings → Account, then select the Update Billing option.
Choose your Card Type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the Name on Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, and CV Code (CVC).
Complete your Billing Address, including City, State, and Postal Code.
Enter your E-mail address for billing confirmations.
(Optional) Add Notes for internal tracking or reference.
Click Save to securely update your payment method.
